We are a community of 300+ properties sandwiched between parts of Elk Neck State Park in North East, Maryland.
We feature a beautiful beach area and private harbor on the Elk River adjacent to the Turkey Point Lighthouse.
Since 1972, we have maintained our community through a non-profit entity, Chesapeake Isle Civic Association (CICA).

For only $25/year,
you can join our
CICA membership to participate in fun events during the year!
Additional community-wide activities are available to all residents.
2025 Annual Invoices will be mailed in November 2024, with payment due February 15, 2025.

Monthly CICA Board of Directors meetings are typically held every 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm.

Chesapeake Isle owners and their authorized guests must display a CICA decal or guest pass on their vehicles/boat trailers when parking at the beach and harbor. Residents should accompany their guests. Violators are subject to towing and trespassing charges. Double-sided reminders may be placed on unauthorized vehicles.

The drive to Chesapeake Isle is one of Maryland’s scenic byways.
It takes you through the quaint town of North East and through sections of the popular Elk Neck State Park.

To get to the beach, continue into the community and take the second left onto Darrel Rd.
This turns into Cliffview Dr. after the first intersection. The entrance to the beach is on the left.
